Large-area grinding & remediation
Preparation of existing slabs, removal of suitable coatings and adhesives, reduction of high spots and localised crack or surface repairs. We assess defects and intended floor tolerances before agreeing the preparation scope. Concrete remediation services.

Flooring packages for warehouses, workshops, manufacturing and service facilities. System selection considers substrate condition, traffic, cleaning, exposure and the project specification.

Refurbishment & reinstatement packages
Preparation and finishing within an agreed refurbishment or insurance reinstatement scope, coordinated with the principal contractor, restoration team and following trades.

Confirm project requirements. Provide induction, safety documentation, inspection, testing, insurance and subcontractor prequalification requirements at tender stage. We confirm what can be provided and resolve requirements before committing.
Licensed concrete floor finishing. SA Resurfacing’s stated South Australian building work contractor licence is 356928, with the condition floor finishing limited to concrete. Licence documentation can be discussed during project assessment.
